For D2C Performance Marketing Services

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all marketing and advertising services provided by DigiscaleX. By signing a proposal, making a payment, or starting work with us, the client (Brand / Company) agrees to this policy.
No Refund Policy
DigiscaleX follows a strict no-refund policy for all services.
- All payments made for services are non-refundable.
- Once the service has started, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be entertained under any circumstances.
- This includes (but is not limited to):
- Dissatisfaction with performance
- Change of business decision
- Budget constraints
- Delay caused by the client
- Platform-related issues (Meta, Google, etc.)
Advance Payments
- All service fees are collected 100% in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Advance payments are made to reserve time, resources, strategy, and execution capacity.
- Advance payments cannot be adjusted or refunded once work begins.
Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs
- Ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is non-refundable and governed by the respective platform’s policies.
- DigiscaleX is not responsible for refunds related to ad spend, tools, software, or third-party services.
Early Termination
- If the client chooses to terminate the service before the agreed contract period:
- No refund will be issued for unused days or remaining duration.
- Outstanding dues (if any) must be cleared before termination.
Exceptional Circumstances
- No exceptions will be made to this policy unless explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.
